Members of the Florida Baptist Convention’s State Board of Missions gathered virtually Feb. 6 to celebrate God’s work throughout Florida in 2024 and to look forward to His continuing movement throughout the Sunshine State in the future.
“In the Book of Acts, Jesus sends out the disciples in twos, so the biblical pattern of church planting is sending guys out in twos,” said Noah Clifton, church planter and pastor at Pillar Church of Crestview.
“We want to meet people, so that we can meet needs, with the hope that they will meet Jesus,” said Church Planter Melo Sauvel, who launched One Family Church in Apopka this past January.
