Florida Baptists welcomed 44 newly planted congregations into the fold during the Florida Baptist State Convention meeting Nov. 14-15 in Clearwater.
The constituted churches, representing 16 associations, were reported for the church year from Sept. 1, 2015 to Aug. 31, 2016. One third of the new congregations were planted in South Florida. They are listed below.
