Early Bird Price: $199 per person form October 28th, 2024, through July 15th , 2025
Regular Price: $215 per person form July 16th, 2025- August 18th, 2025
For private room $285 per person ( for 1 person, without a roommate)
We have provided a payment installment option of 4 payments of 25% for your convenience.
Last Day to register is Monday, August 18th, 2025
NO REFUND AFTER AUGUST 23rd, 2025. (Note: All refund requests must be request via email before or by August 23rd.)
Special Note: Everyone must register in advance, this include all drivers and bus drivers who will stay on site or commute.
Note on Rooming Request: Requesting Room Preferences (Upstairs or Downstairs, and motel building), will be addressed on the First Come First Serve basis and full payment have to be done. Remember rooms are based on availabilities of Lake Yale Center.
