FBC Melbourne: The idea of the conference is that we would come together as pastors, ministers, and lay-leaders for a day of “talking shop” about how and why we do ministry. We’re designing this conference for churches both large and small. There will be breakout sessions for ministry assistants/secretaries, for youth and children’s ministry leaders, for worship leaders, for lead pastors, for church planters, and others in various ministry roles as well.
Bradfordville FBC: On Thursday, February 27, 2020, Bradfordville is partnering with the Florida Baptist Convention and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary for a one-day training event designed for pastors, ministry leaders, and lay-leaders. You’ll sit under the teaching of seminary professors from NOBTS, learning about evangelism, preaching, theology, apologetics, women’s ministry, and church conflict. The day will be filled with worship times, breakout sessions, panel discussions, lunch, and giveaways. We’re excited to sharpen God’s servants for ministry. Registration begins at 8:00 AM and the opening Worship session begins at 8:30 AM. There will be three breakout sessions during the day with lunch provided at 11:30 AM. The event will end at 3:00 PM.
Hiland Park Baptist Church: Hiland Park Baptist Church is hosting a relaxing night for pastors, ministers, and their spouses. We will have Christian comedian, Dennis Swanberg, there that night and our HP Worship Team leading worship. A steak & seafood dinner will be provided. There will be plenty of giveaways too. Spots are limited, so sign up today!
Lakes Church: Sharper is a one-day conference that is designed to equip church leadership and staff to build a thriving church culture and to move the Gospel forward within their communities. This is also a great opportunity to spend dedicated time with your staff and volunteer teams.
The day will be filled with times of powerful worship, encouragement, and instruction. We will also be giving away a “Timothy + Barnabas Retreat” and a trip to the Holy Land in 2021! We hope to see you here at Lakes Church in Lakeland, Florida on March 5th!
