Please register as a church group, all registration must be done online, then forms will be sent to you via mail or email starting April 2024
We will have a $15 Early bird discount for each person who register from September- January 22, 2024
NO PRIVATE ROOMS
A minimum of 2 people per room.
$300.00—Young Adult/Single Adult (18yrs old and up | not married)
$300.00—-Married Adults (per person)
$25.00—–Age 0-2 (rooming with parents in Motel and the child must be this age once camp starts on June 28, 2024)
$95.00—–Age 3-8 ( rooming with parents in Motel and the child must be this age once camp starts on June 28, 2024)
$265.00—Age 9-11 (rooming with parents in Motel and the child must be this age once camp starts on June 28, 2024)
$275.00—-Individual Youth ages -12yrs old- 17yrs old (rooming with parents/guardians over the age of 25 in Motel and the child must be this age once camp starts on June 28, 2024)
$240.00—FEMALE Youth Cabin (12yrs old-17yrs old | Total 15 people (Max: 13 Youth and 2 Adult Counselor)
$240.00—FEMALE Counselors (Total 15 people (Max: 2 Adult Counselor and 13 Youth)
$240.00—MALE Youth Cabin (12yrs old-17yrs old | Total 15 people (Max: 13 Youth and 2 Adult Counselor)

A nonrefundable deposit of $25 per person is due upon registration to reserve your registration, you will have 5 days form the time you register to make payment.
A second payment of 50% is due on December 4th, 2023 (please note if the second payment is not made your registration will be canceled within 5 days form this date and you will have to re-register)
A third payment of 75% is due on February 26th, 2024.
A fourth payment of 90% is due on April 8th, 2024.
All final payments and registration forms are due May 27th, 2024.
Please note after February 26th, 2024, and until April 26th, 2024, only 25% of your payments will be refundable exclude the nonrefundable deposit.
No Refund After April 26th, 2024.
