The annual Florida Baptist State Convention (FBSC) is just weeks away and momentum is building as the Florida Baptist family prepares to come together for “One Family Gathering.” Several Florida Baptists are expected to be nominated to serve as officers during the 2019 meeting Nov. 10-12 in Orlando.
Official Notice: Nominations for State Convention Committees Open
A Committee on Nominations composed of pastors, laypersons, and church staff has been appointed by the officers of the Florida Baptist State Convention. Phillip Herrington, pastor of First Baptist Church, Live Oak, was named to chair the 18-member committee.
