#Sharper2018: A Closer Look – Iglesia Bautista Northside

Iglesia Bautista Northside opened its doors bright and early on Saturday, Feb. 24 to host Sharper! ministry conference in Spanish for approximately 160 pastors, staff and lay leaders.

During workshops on structures and processes, and children, family, and worship ministries, participants had the opportunity to be equipped with new ideas and resources to help them better serve their home churches.

Check out the highlights of the day!

The morning started with music led by Northside’s worship team.

Senior Pastor Alberto Ocaña leads a session on structures and effective team building.

Juan Miguel Gonzalez, director of the church’s Marriage Ministry, leading a workshop for married couples on family strength and unity.

Lemuel Tejeda, minister of music, sharing Northside’s Sunday morning structure and how worship is woven throughout.

Pastors, staff and lay leaders enjoy some fellowship during a short break.
