The Worship Pastor provides spiritual leadership by placing God’s truth on the lips of His people through biblically faithful worship. He plans and leads corporate gatherings, shepherds and develops volunteers, and helps shape services that exalt Christ and invite the congregation to respond through Scripture, prayer, singing, and the gospel.
