First Baptist Estero is seeking an Associate Pastor who is gifted in preaching, teaching and leadership development. Our growing, thriving church seeks a faithful servant.   The associate pastor, as a model of personal discipleship, is also an integral component of our ministry teams.  He will support and work closely with the senior pastor build interpersonal relationships and sustain a vibrant ministry that teaches and encourages our members to lead Christ centered lives that impact our community and lead others to a saving knowledge of Christ Jesus.
