First Baptist Church of Bushnell is seeking a Pastor of Discipleship, Families and Students — Directs and oversees student ministry (6th–12th grade). Responsibilities include discipleship programming, volunteer training, family/student outreach, budget oversight, and pastoral care for youth and families. Must be Gospel centered and live in agreement with God’s Word and the Baptist Faith & Message 2000. Seminary degree or 4 years in student ministry.
