Regular Price: July 7, 2026 – August 14, 2026
- $250 per person (Double Occupancy)
- $325 per person (Private Room)
We have provided a payment installment option of 4 payments of 25% for your convenience.
DEADLINE TO CANCEL REGISTRATION FOR REFUND IS AUGUST 31, 2026 (All refund requests must be received via email before or by August 31st)
Please Note: Everyone must register in advance; incuding all drivers and bus drivers who will stay on site or commute.
Rooming Request: Requesting Room Preferences (Upstairs or Downstairs, and motel building), will be addressed on the First Come First Serve basis and full payment have to be made. All rooms are based on availabilities of Lake Yale Conference Center.
Group Registrations: Each Group Leader must provide the following forms:
- Group Leader Acknowledement Form
- Motel Rooming List
* Each participant must complete individual Release Form
