The State Board of Missions is the governing board of directors of the Florida Baptist Convention corporation. The State Board of Missions was incorporated as the “Florida Baptist Convention” in 1899. This Board is responsible for implementing the decisions of the Florida Baptist State Convention and serves as the State Convention ad-interim between annual State Convention meetings each November.
