State Board of Missions – spring meeting – Lake Yale Conference Center

Prayer and worship have been abundantly evident as the State Board of Missions meets at Lake Yale Conference Center this week. The Board is responsible for implementing the decisions of the Florida Baptist State Convention and serves as the State Convention ad-interim between annual State Convention meetings each November.

Here are some of the highlights:

Tommy Green addresses the Board during the main meeting of the State Board of Missions.

Tommy Green and Board members offer a special prayer over pastors and church planters.

The praise team from First Baptist Church in Brandon did a great job leading worship.

Board members and Convention staff gathered in small groups to pray for unity.

Prayers for revival were lifted up throughout.
