Jerry White, director of the Human Resources development, has served the Florida Baptist Convention since 1999.

White coordinates and manages the human resources functions that include the recruiting of administrative-approved personnel, and the employment, benefits, salary administration and employee/management training of all employees of the Florida Baptist Convention.
