Assisting ministers and their families in making long-range
plans for retirement is the primary task of this ministry.
A major objective is to enroll pastors and other church staff
in programs that provide retirement annuities, as well as
making provision for current life and medical insurance coverage.
Counsel and resources are available to assist church committees
in planning compensation and benefit programs for church staffs.
