As a part of the Church Development Team, the purpose of the Office of Leadership Development is to advance the understanding, development and practice of servant leadership resulting in life transformation here and abroad. Our desire is to link like-minded church leaders through leadership development conferences, coaching and resources. Our vision is to come along side busy ministry leaders and champion their goal of impacting this generation with the gospel of Christ by resourcing their professional and volunteer leadership development needs.
