African-American Church Planting

The African-American Church Planting Department under the supervision of the director of the African-American Ministries Division, works directly with churches, associations, and pastors to provide leadership to the Florida Baptist Convention's strategy for evangelizing Florida’s African-American population. This task includes giving leadership in starting missional churches that are reproducing, and intentional in evangelizing and discipling African Americans, while encouraging them to incorporate their skills and knowledge into the fiber of the Florida Baptist Convention.
